- Responsibility for the strategic development and management of the ITSM tool in close collaboration with the departments
- Responsibility for release management and change management related to the ITSM tool
- Close cooperation with other IT Service Managers to ensure that the ITSM tool optimally supports established ITIL processes
- Troubleshooting of technical issues within applications and databases
- Assumption of responsibility for additional applications within the Application Management team
- Participation in the IT on-call duty
- Coordination of our external service providers in the above-mentioned areas

- Proven experience in administering IT applications within an enterprise architecture
- Good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes
- Certifications in the area of Matrix42 are desirable
