- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team in the area of Diagnostic Imaging
- Own and drive the design and development of diagnostic imaging modules
- Take technical responsibility for multiple parallel development projects, collaborating closely with development, product management, regulatory, operations, Quality Management, and service departments
- Ensure project goals are met in terms of time, quality, and cost
- Plan resources and optimize processes in coordination with project management
- Develop and implement modern and modular product strategies
- Analyze patents and initiate invention disclosures
- Scout new technologies in the field of diagnostic imaging
- Support the team during regulatory and compliance activities such as audits
