- Proactive research of content and requirement specifications in exchange with the specialist departments involved
- Creating and editing photos and illustrations using the department's standard tools
- Editing screenshots for the implementation of the Simplified User Interface (SUI)
- Organizing document creation in the project management software
- Maintaining the document requirements for the user documents
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments involved in the respective product
- Organization of the review and approval process for the documents created
- Handing over the created documents to the translation manager, if relevant for translation
- Reviewing the documents and German translations produced by the team
- Regular exchange and discussion of general topics with the department
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of the editorial guidelines
