Your responsibilities

  • Support the management and development of existing customers in Spain
  • Support the acquisition of new customers
  • Promote and sell Espansione Group and RetinAI products
  • Conduct customer consultations and sales discussions, with support where required
  • Prepare quotations in cooperation with the internal teams and follow up on customer requests
  • Support order acceptance and order processing in coordination with the internal teams
  • Advise customers on standard enquiries and help develop appropriate solutions
  • Support the installation and handover of equipment
  • Contribute to market analyses
  • Monitor market developments and customer requirements
  • Support the implementation of sales measures defined together with sales management
  • Participate in quality circles, local events and customer activities
  • Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations and customer briefings, initially with support where required
  • Coordinate technical issues with the support department and follow up with customers
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales activities and customer development
  • Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • University degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, Life Sciences or a related field is an advantage
  • First professional experience in sales, customer service, application support or medical technology
  • Experience in ophthalmology, optometry or medical devices is an advantage
  • Fluent in Spanish and good written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) and CRM
  • Good technical understanding
