- Support the management and development of existing customers in Spain
- Support the acquisition of new customers
- Promote and sell Espansione Group and RetinAI products
- Conduct customer consultations and sales discussions, with support where required
- Prepare quotations in cooperation with the internal teams and follow up on customer requests
- Support order acceptance and order processing in coordination with the internal teams
- Advise customers on standard enquiries and help develop appropriate solutions
- Support the installation and handover of equipment
- Contribute to market analyses
- Monitor market developments and customer requirements
- Support the implementation of sales measures defined together with sales management
- Participate in quality circles, local events and customer activities
- Conduct product presentations, equipment demonstrations and customer briefings, initially with support where required
- Coordinate technical issues with the support department and follow up with customers
- Contribute ideas to improve sales activities and customer development
- Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system

Your qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical education
- University degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Optometry, Life Sciences or a related field is an advantage
- First professional experience in sales, customer service, application support or medical technology
- Experience in ophthalmology, optometry or medical devices is an advantage
- Fluent in Spanish and good written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) and CRM
- Good technical understanding
