- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years experience in content creation, including writing and graphic design in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, is strongly preferred.

- Writing: Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
- Design: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- CMS Expertise: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Optimizely, or similar).
