Your responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the company’s website, webshop, traditional print materials, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Graphic Design: Design high-quality visual assets, including infographics, brochures, banners, and digital illustrations, aligning with brand guidelines and industry standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and obtains necessary approvals before publication.
  • CMS Management: Maintain and update the company’s content management system (CMS) to ensure timely and accurate deployment of content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, compliance, product management) to align content with company goals and messaging.
  • Project Management: Manage content creation timelines, revisions, and approvals in coordination with the regulatory process.
  • Analytics Support: Use performance metrics and feedback to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Your qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:  1-2 years experience in content creation, including writing and graphic design in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, is strongly preferred.

Your profile

  • Writing: Exceptional written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and adherence to brand voice.
  • Design: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • CMS Expertise: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Optimizely, or similar).
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of working within a regulated environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
