- Planning and creating automated marketing campaigns (e.g. welcome campaigns, trigger emails) on a local and international level
- Providing conceptual advice to the marketing departments in the international branches and distributors on the creation and implementation of digital newsletter campaigns
- Further development and expansion of marketing automation and the integrated use of Salesforce and Pardot
- Further expansion of the newsletter subscriber lists through technical measures
- Creating regular user statistics and management reports on the performance of marketing automation to evaluate success and identify optimization potential
- Management of internal and external service providers
- Participation in groups/projects
- Participation in weekly jour fixe with the department management

Your qualifications
- Completed training or studies in the fields of digital media technology/communication sciences or comparable
- Sound experience with campaign management
- Tools and marketing automation software, especially Salesforce Pardot
- Detailed knowledge of business processes
- Good knowledge of common Adobe programs and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS as well as IT and server architectures
- Good feel for layout, usability and KPIs in the area of campaign management
- Very good knowledge of German and English
