- To strengthen our IT service desk team, we are currently looking for a full-time (Junior) IT Support (m/f/d) In-house -1st/2nd Level.
- Initial recording, analysis, and resolution of IT requests, as well as their documentation in our ITSM tool
- Onsite support at our headquarters in Heidelberg
- Remote support for our national and international branches
- User and client management
- Supporting our users in the use of O/M365 services such as Outlook, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Intune, MDE
- OS and patch management for our Windows clients and applications
- Basic Microsoft Server activities (DHCP, Active Directory, print and file services)
- Maintenance of the FAQ database and knowledge base
