Your responsibilities

Focus: Support for the Heidelberg Engineering Group’s ERP systems (Focus: Sage 100)

Operation of the ERP system

Ensuring the smooth operation of the ERP systems, with a focus on Sage 100
Administration of ERP applications, including user and permission management
Maintenance of interfaces to third-party systems
Monitoring system availability and performing error analysis
Coordination of Updates and Version Releases

User Support

First- and second-level support for ERP users
Analysis and resolution of system issues
Advising business units on questions regarding ERP processes
Creation and maintenance of documentation and work instructions
Conducting user training sessions

Process optimization and project support

Collaboration on ERP projects
Support for international rollouts
Conducting tests and preparing documentation
Supporting the team in implementing global standards
Support for data migrations
Creating and maintaining SQL queries and database reports

Your profile

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in ERP administration and business analysis
Initial professional experience in the area of responsibility described above
Experience with processes at a medium-sized manufacturing company is a plus
Knowledge and experience in project management, ITIL, or GAMP5 are a plus
Understanding of business processes
Knowledge of finance is a plus
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL scripting
Ideally, experience with the implementation or migration of ERP systems

Required personal skills:

Fluency in German and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving and service-oriented approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and the continuous improvement of processes
