Your responsibilities

  • Main contact person for 2nd & 3rd level remote support of our worldwide subsidiaries for service and support requests   
  • Support in the improvement and development of our products   
  • Independent processing of service requests as well as qualifying, documenting and prioritizing fault reports   
  • Documentation of reported problems and requests in our ticket system   
  • Support for our specialist departments, interface function between specialist departments   
  • Testing and repairing our laser scanning systems   
  • Integration of new technologies and product updates into existing customer systems   
  • Professional development with occasional on-site assignments possible  

Your qualifications

  • Completed training in the field of medical technology/electrical engineering or further training as a state-certified technician or comparable   
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills required
  • Repair experience of medical devices is an advantage   
  • Knowledge of laser optics and OCT technology is an advantage   
  • Driving license class 3/B
