- Successfully completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the area of operations or process optimization
- Project management certification is a plus
- Experience in the medical technology sector is an advantage
- Solid IT skills and experience with digitalization or transformation projects are beneficial
