- Prioritize customer, business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan the controlled transition from existing solutions to the next-generation platform.
- Define requirements for storage, archiving, migration, interoperability, cybersecurity, and deployment.
- Support on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based product concepts.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate priorities with R&D, Service, Regulatory, Quality, IT,MedTech Stakeholdersand Commercial teams.
- Represent the product area with internal and external stakeholders.
- Align interoperability requirements, dependencies, and project timelines across the product portfolio.

- Degree in science, engineering, technology, business, or a comparable field.
- At least three years of relevant product management or healthcare technology experience.
- Experience with PACS, VNA, medical imaging, healthcare data platforms, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of DICOM, interoperability, data management, cybersecurity, and cloud concepts.
- Experience managing established products while developing next-generation solutions.
- Ability to translate customer and technical needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Strong project management, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
- Excellent English communication skills
- German language skills are beneficial.
