Digital Content & Social Media
- Assist in creating content for social media, including posts, images, and basic graphics.
- Schedule and publish social media content using management tools.
- Monitor engagement and escalate customer queries where needed.
- Update website content such as news, events, and product information.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures and presentations.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist in building and sending email campaigns and newsletters.
- Help maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Upload and manage contact lists in line with GDPR requirements.
- Support basic reporting on campaign performance (e.g., open rates, attendance numbers).
Events & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support for exhibitions, congresses, and training events.
- Assist with event logistics including registrations, attendee lists, and communications.
- Support preparation of event materials, including packing and shipping.
- Help coordinate travel and accommodation for speakers where required.
- Attend events where necessary to support on-site delivery.
Marketing & Team Support
- Respond to basic customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain marketing materials and ensure stock levels are managed.
- Organise and update the marketing asset library (images, documents, templates).
- Support collaboration with internal teams including sales and clinical education.
