  • Represent the company at global ophthalmology conferences, surgical workshops, and product demonstrations, supporting both clinical education and commercial engagement with customers.
  • Train ophthalmic surgeons, nurses, and OR technicians on system setup, workflow integration, and optimal clinical use.
  • Gather and document user feedback on surgical image quality, usability, and clinical outcomes.
  • Support prototype evaluations and pre-commercial testing in the operating room in collaboration with key opinion leaders and early adopters.
Development of Training Materials and Remote Support (25%)
  • Develop training and sales enablement materials for global application and sales teams, ensuring consistency across use cases and user profiles.
  • Provide remote support to international application teams, customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with product management and application teams to relay clinical insights that inform roadmap priorities, usability improvements, and future feature development.
  • Develop and refine user documentation for our products.

Your qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in ophthalmic imaging and/or ophthalmic surgical solutions.
  • A technical and/or medical background that allows you to work well with surgeons and OR staff, and understand and explain the capabilities and limitations of our products.
  • The ability to train medical professionals and application teams and translate complex technologies into intuitive user guidance.
  • Hands-on experience supporting surgeons and operating room teams during live surgical procedures is desirable.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the visual system is a plus.

Your profile

  • Confident navigating product topics, OR environments, and commercial/sales discussions.
  • Confident written and verbal communicator, including being able to deliver presentations face to face and virtually to key stakeholders is essential.
