Your responsibilities

  • Advise and support our national and international employees and managers on all HR-related matters

  • Take ownership of recruiting qualified professionals and executives in Germany and abroad – from requirements definition to onboarding

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders in both national and international contexts

  • Closely coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and other support functions regarding local labor, tax, and social security regulations

  • Collaborate with HR service providers and authorities worldwide

  • Conduct strategic workforce planning and personnel needs analysis

  • Design and implement development measures for employee growth and learning

  • Prepare and analyze statistics, HR reports, and internal evaluations

  • Contribute to (global) HR projects with a hands-on and collaborative mindset

  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of (global) HR processes in line with our HR strategy

  • Maintain and further develop our HR management system with a focus on international requirements

Your qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international and technology-driven environment

  • In-depth knowledge of international recruiting and HR regulations (e.g., visa processes, international assignments, local labor laws)

  • Confident in working with HCM systems, ideally Personio

  • Strong command of German labor, tax, and social security law; basic understanding of international legal frameworks

  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
