- Supporting data protection-related projects, processes, and business initiatives
- Maintaining data protection documentation, templates, records, and data protection-related processes
- Assisting with risk assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and follow-up measures
- Assisting with the identification, assessment, documentation, and tracking of data protection risks and measures to mitigate them.
- Coordinating data protection-related inquiries, incidents, complaints, and follow-up questions
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the company’s data protection management system
- Reviewing, coordinating, and tracking data processing agreements (DPAs) as well as data protection-related customer inquiries, particularly from international customers
- Serving as a liaison between customers, sales, legal counsel, subsidiaries, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating data protection-related communication between headquarters and international branches
- Supporting international data protection initiatives and the harmonization of data protection processes across the entire company
- Monitoring and coordinating data protection-related documentation and contractual requirements for international business activities
- Supporting training and awareness-raising initiatives on data protection

Your qualifications
- Experience in back-office operations, administration, coordination, project support, customer service, compliance, or similar areas. Experience in an international business environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of the GDPR and data protection principles, as well as an interest in developing expertise in international data protection requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
