- Clinical Strategy & Scientific Leadership
- Support the development and execution of clinical strategies for retinal products.
- Maintain and apply deep clinical expertise in retinal diagnostics and imaging.
- Contribute to the development of the retina product roadmap by providing input based on market trends, clinician feedback, and scientific data.
- Monitor and communicate key trends in retina-related diseases and technologies (e.g., AMD, diabetic retinopathy, imaging biomarkers).
- Scientific Engagement & KOL Development
- Assist in managing and executing the strategic KOL engagement plan.
- Build and maintain peer-level relationships with clinicians, researchers, and key opinion leaders in the field of retina.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, symposia, and scientific meetings.
- Facilitate the exchange of scientific information between external stakeholders and internal teams.
- Clinical Product Development Support
- Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, R&D, and Technology Management to provide clinical guidance during the development of new products and features.
- Contribute to evaluations of new clinical applications for existing products and support user feedback analysis.
- Assist in competitor analysis and benchmarking from a clinical perspective.
- Medical Education & Internal Training
- Support the creation and delivery of educational content and programs for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to the training of sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure clinical accuracy and application knowledge.
- Participate in the development of speaker training programs and scientific materials for events and customer engagements.
- Clinical Evidence & Research Support
- Identify clinical evidence opportunities and potential investigators for clinical studies.
- Contribute to clinical study design, execution, and the dissemination of results.
- Collaborate on publications, white papers, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
