Your responsibilities

  • In the course of our company's growth, we are offering one position for the apprenticeship as IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration for our headquarters in Heidelberg. The training will start on 01 September 2025.

  • The training takes place in the exciting and fast-growing environment of healthcare IT. Your field of activity will mainly comprise our technical customer service. There you will learn how to install, configure and maintain our products and get a deep insight into the IT systems of medical facilities as well as the underlying IT infrastructure. You will also learn how to support users by phone, email, remotely and occasionally on-site. In addition, we will teach you technical and organizational knowledge and skills that you will need later in your IT career.
Training Information:        
  • The school-based training takes place at the Hubert Sternberg School in Wiesloch.
  • Remuneration in the 1st year of apprenticeship: 980€, 2nd year: 1.035€ and 3rd year: 1.126€.
  • Full-time 40 hours per week

Your qualifications

  • At least completion of intermediate school leaving certificate/ intermediate education certificate
  • Confident verbal and written expression
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems
  • Interest in trying out IT systems

  • Good comprehension, willingness to learn, reliability and perseverance
  • Enjoys teamwork as well as independent problem solving
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility
