Your responsibilities

  • Development of sound application know-how for PACS
  • Development of technical know-how in standards such as DICOM and HL7
  • Familiarization with associated workflows of the application developed by us
  • Creation of test plans and test scenarios
  • Coverage of software requirements through appropriate tests or workflow tests
  • Planning and setup of functional and performance tests
  • Execution of product-specific quick and risk tests as well as tests in general
  • Creation of test and result documentation
  • Preparation of documentation for software release
  • Incorporation of regulatory requirements
  • Compliance with specified quality processes and procedural instructions

Your qualifications

  • Very good university degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience as a test automation engineer or software developer
  • Practical experience in dealing with complex project environments
  • Sound knowledge of several programming languages (e.g. JAVA, C/C++, C#, .NET, VBScript)
  • Strong understanding of user-specific use cases
  • Sound experience with HP Quality Center, Serena Business Manager and TestComplete is advantageous
  • Certifications in the area of software testing (e.g. ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level) are desirable

  • High technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovative technologies  
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently and on your own responsibility

  • Interest in participating in training and education measures desired
