Your responsibilities

We are looking for

Do you love to work in a modern and versatile IT landscape and like to help end users and departments in the national and international environment with their IT problems? Then this is the right place for you and you can contribute your current knowledge in a modern IT landscape (O/M365, Microsoft server environment and cloud technologies, ITIL and much more) and gain new knowledge with our help.
To strengthen our IT service desk team we are looking for a (Junior) IT Support (m/f/d) Inhouse -1st/2nd Level in full time.
Initial recording, analysis and solution of IT requests, as well as their documentation in our ticket system
Onsite support at the main location in Heidelberg
Remote support of our national and international subsidiaries
User and client management
Support our users in using O/M365 services such as Outlook, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Intune, MDE.
OS and patch management of our Windows clients and applications
Microsoft Server basic operations (DHCP, Active Directory, Print and FileServices)
Maintenance of the FAQ database and knowledge base

Your qualifications

Completed IT training or comparable qualification in the IT field
Practical work experience in IT support
Good knowledge of Microsoft Client and Office products
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Server and Active Directory
Basic knowledge in the network area
Experience in working according to ITIL, desirable

Your profile

Fluent German and secure English skills (spoken and written)
High social competence, reliable and able to work under pressure even in stressful situations
Very good analytical skills and a service and problem-solving oriented approach to work
Independent work and team orientation
Enthusiasm for innovative technologies
