- Onsite support at the main location in Heidelberg
- Remote support of our national and international subsidiaries
- User and client management
- Support our users in using O/M365 services such as Outlook, Teams, Yammer, Stream, Intune, MDE.
- OS and patch management of our Windows clients and applications
- Microsoft Server basic operations (DHCP, Active Directory, Print and FileServices)
- Maintenance of the FAQ database and knowledge base
