- Responsibility for quoting, order processing and fulfillment, and regular consultation with sales staff
- Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, order entry, packing slip/commission bill and the invoice
- Processing of order changes
- Processing of letters of credit in cooperation with the financial accounting department
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments, especially with regard to conditions and payment terms
- Conducting correspondence with domestic and foreign customers
- Maintenance of master data in the ERP system

- Sound knowledge in the use of ERP systems
